I saw a T-shirt in a catalog today that I would gladly wear, with one small change. It said, "It is what it is". I would change it to read:
"He Is What He Is"

Problem is... many people don't know "who he is."
It's like they look at a million dollar bill, and all they see is a lottery ticket... He is the sure thing, but all they see is "a chance".
